We are open 365 days a year. The opening hours are the same every day, whether it is a public holiday or not.

You can come to our wellness centre anytime between 10:00 and 22:30 without a reservation.

A swimsuit (required for the hot tub), or slippers. A towel and sheet (for the sauna) can be borrowed free of charge at reception.

We have a children's entrance for children from 3 years old. If you arrive before 15:30, your child pays a discounted admission price, after that the standard price. For safety reasons, only children with a minimum height of 140 cm can enter the spa after 15:30.

In the evenings at 6.30 pm, 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm. You can always find the current schedule for the week on our FBIs

Absolutely yes. We accept Sodexo vouchers: Flexi Pass, Relax Pass, Focus Pass, Bonus Pass and Gift PassUp (Gallery Beta).

Yes, from 15.9.2023 for wellness 120 min. with a surcharge of 250 CZK.

We will set up your membership card for you at our reception within a few minutes. The advantage is that you benefit from our services at lower prices and have a 10% discount on refreshments at the bar. The card is portable, issued free of charge and the credit is valid for 3 years from the last top up. The minimum value of a membership card recharge is 2000 CZK, further deposits 1000 CZK. Deposits to the membership card can be made by cash, credit card, Flexi Pass CARD, Multi pass CARD, Edenred Benefits card, or vouchers or benefits.

You can draw FKSP with us. Email praha@relaxdays.cz with your details and your employer's billing information. We process the invoice, send it to your employer, once it is paid we charge the amount to your membership card and you can start drawing on all our services. The minimum invoice value must be 2,000 CZK.
