Outdoor cooling pools

There is an indoor cooling pool on the lower floor close to the Finnish sauna. This pool has dimensions of 2×1 m and water temperature of 12°C. An outdoor pool has a diameter of 4 m and water temperature reaches 2-5°C above zero. Remember that sauna has beneficial effects on your body and organism only if you warm and cool yourself down properly!
