How and where did saunas originate?
“Sauna” is a Finnish word which stands for a small room or a building used as a warming room after it has been heated. Interior space is very well-insulated so that no heat is getting out. They are lined with wood which is a nice material to touch and which positively influences human psyche. A heater warms the air up to the temperature of 90°C. In the so-called Finnish sauna there are stones on top of the heater which improve thermal dynamics.
